This adapter board plugs into the Commodore-Amiga 2000 CPU slot and then allows connection of a separate CPU board with a 68000 foot print (such as compatible FPGA accelerators for example).
This is especially useful to fit third-party accelerators which need more space inside the computer case and too large to plug into the motherboard's 68000 socket.
If your Amiga 2000 has a damaged CPU motherboard socket this can also be used to move your 68000 CPU from the motherboard socket to this relocator board.
